Freight Policy
Freight is prepaid on orders of 1,000 LBS or more with delivery to the customer’s location within the contiguous United States or Canada. Orders exceeding 30,000 LBS may be combined with up to (3) delivery locations located within the same geographic vicinity. Backorder will be shipped with the customer’s next order. If backorder is not filled within 45 days, the backorder will be cancelled automatically.
Freight for orders of less than 1,000 LBS will be the responsibility of the customer to pay. Freight for less than 1,000 LB orders may be handled by the customer using one of the following methods:
1. Freight Collect - customer specifies their freight carrier to use (or) provides their UPS account number for minimal weight/quantity order shipments and pays the freight carrier.
2. Prepaid / Add - Bridgestone America’s Tube Business arranges and pays freight to the carrier and charges the customer on the product invoice for the applicable freight charges.
